This particular game is based on The Parable of the Sower in Luke chapter eight. Jesus told a story about a sower who scattered seed on four different types of soil. Only the seed that was planted in the good soil was productive. He later revealed that the seed represents the Word of God, and those who hear the Word and keep it will bear fruit.

Materials:

• “The Sower” gameboard

• “Good Soil” picture

• Bible Cards

• Scissors (not included)

• Tape (not included)

• Jellybeans or some other type of colorful candy (not included)

• 1 numbered rolling cube

Players:

• 2-4 players

• Ages 5+

How to Play:

Objective: Be the first sower to get all four of your seeds planted in the good soil.
